Healthy Tips
Eat a king size breakfast, have a queen's lunch and dinner like a beggar
Have your soup and salad at least 30 min before your meals. Prefer thin and clear soups only and non-salted salads.
Have small and frequent meals (every 2-3 hours).
Prefer boiling, steaming, baking, grilling and barbecue/tandoor methods for cooking over deep frying. Use non-stick cooking utensils.
Avoid carbohydrate foods late night. There should be a gap of at least 2 hours between your dinner and bedtime.
Always use a combination of oils rather than just one.
Lastly, I just want to say a simple thing. God never created things like sugar, salt or oil. It’s only human who made all these things by his scientific knowledge. God gave us the natural sugar in the form of fructose in fruits, natural sodium in various green leafy vegetables and grains. He also gave us natural fat in nuts and oilseeds. If we have a good balanced diet including all natural foods, our body does not actually require this table salt, sugar and oils. So be wise, select your foods smartly. That is the only secret behind a healthy and wealthy you.
